About Me
Story-Driven Connection.
What began as a childhood love for reading anything I could get my hands on has grown into a lifelong passion for experiencing and telling powerful stories across genres and media. I believe that a good story is one of the most powerful tools we have to inspire ourselves and others and to enact positive change in the world around us.
After earning a BA in English Writing, I spent four years teaching English (spoken and written) in Hubei Province, China. I learned firsthand the importance of efficient, effective communication. Though I no longer teach, I still make it my business to empower others to express their thoughts accurately and authentically.
As a freelance marketer, I help brands craft written and visual content that resonates and compels their audience to take action. From blog posts to white papers, podcasts to email newsletters, my successful projects have been as diverse as the brands I’ve worked with.
On the side, I also write fiction, occasional poetry, and even a bit of entertainment commentary. I’m always looking for good stories — no matter the medium — to produce and consume.
